Every year, as thousands prepare to descend into Austin for our world famous Rodeo Austin, we have a tradition which, God willing, will never end. BBQ Austin is Rodeo Austin's official BBQ competition, and is a place where hundreds of teams sacrifice their blood, sweat and sauce in order to claim victory. While even the meats on display won't be as tasty as a winner's trophy, nothing compares with the satisfaction that helping Rodeo Austin raise funds for all the amazing scholarship work they do.
